AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN MY CASE.
You need to know how it works in Sweden! People usually think there is a rule of law but its not!
If an official or judge:
- chose a convenient version of the facts
- "forgot" an inconvenient document
- presented the data selectively
- cited incomplete material
Then formally:
- the documents exist
- the procedure was followed
- the decision is reasoned
And therefore, everything is legal!
Because comparing evidence = assessing the merits, assessing the merits = interfering in a specific case, and interfering is prohibited.
Therefore:
- the government cannot do this
- supervisory bodies cannot do this
- the JO cannot do this
They check "procedure" not who is telling the truth.
In practice In Sweden, there is no body that:
- has the full right
- immediately
- in a specific case
to say: "Stop, let's just take two documents, compare them, and check whether the officials and judges lied."
I want to shere that Migrationsverket put me to detention again and again based on LIE. They wrote AGAIN about things that I didnt said and AGAIN make "assumptions" as a base for arrest. They did it previous time also and when they could not to prove it they released me but now they just repeat it.
=^_^=
Incidentally, heres a quote from another organization that helps LGBT people:
"Because in your request for help you mentioned you are currently located in Sweden, which has legislation in place to protect LGBTQI+ rights, you do not fit into our mandate."
By the way, some people advise: write to other countries and ask for help. It doesnt work. Ive written to Germany and France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Denmark... To no avail. They reply: "Were very sorry, but we cant (= dont want) help."
So all this support is just words.
Today the ECHR accepted my sue for consideration
Sadly my status will remain uncertain during the process
The impunity of Swedish judges, who ignore the law and common sense, is ruining years of human life.
Even if I win, one fact will be clear: there is no rule of law in Sweden.
The appeals court upheld the decision.
Let me clarify for those who don't understand: Sweden is deporting a gay man from Russia because there is no threat to LGBT people in Russia.
Dozens of Swedish judges and officials signed off on this decision.
An attempt to submit my story to Reddit failed — the human-bot didn’t understand what we were talking about (twice) but had no problem going on a power trip.
Here is the english version of my story. r/europe and r/lgbt just ignored it and all questions about it. Maybe you can ask their mods why.

33/33 However, none of the Swedish journalists dare to write openly about the impunity of all migration officials and judges, about their right to make any decisions without explanation and without connection to reality. Therefore, I decided to tell people about this myself.
32/33 There have been many publications about me in Swedish media:
www.qx.se/samhalle/264...
www.sverigesradio.se/artikel/alla...
www.flamman.se/allan-ar-hom...
www.flamman.se/flocken-slut...
www.etc.se/inrikes/alla...
31/33 I want everyone to know that this is opinion of Sweden as a state, since officials speak on behalf of Sweden, don’t they? I thought it very important to tell people exactly how this works in Sweden, with names and documents.
30/33 The most weird part is migration system supposed to "know everything". They demand to avoid to write common things in statements. They have reports and other information. But actually they always play fools and pretend they do not understand what happens in the world.
29/33 And the response regarding LGBT is especially interesting—indeed, since not every gay person in Russia is in prison, there is no danger for gays there. Again, it would be nice to have a comment from ministers. How convenient to not comment this!
28/33 But when it turned out that it was a lie—suddenly there were other, more important but unspecified circumstances (which somehow weren’t important enough to mention earlier, together with the incorrect age of mobilization).
27/33 Regarding the lies about the age of service, Anna Höök also shamelessly writes—the court considered other circumstances. Which ones? Unknown. Interestingly, at that time the court considered age such an important factor that it was stated separately in the ruling.
26/33 Apparently Swedish authorities suffer from schizophrenia, since one official thinks serving in the Russian army is bad, and another thinks there’s nothing wrong with it.
25/33 By the way, almost on the same day Sweden’s Foreign Minister signed an agreement with other Nordic countries not to issue visas to Russian soldiers news.err.ee/1609726089/b....
24/33 Anna Höök no even tries to shy and write: not every soldier commits war crimes, so there is nothing wrong with serving in this army. So it is Sweden’s official position. I would ask the Prime Minister for a comment, but as we now know, he is forbidden from commenting.
23/33 Already in detention, on 2025-06-16 I received a new decision regarding my new application from Anna Höök. My statement stated that the army was committing war crimes and that therefore service in it was considered a war crime and people should to avoid it. Not for Sweden!
22/33 Let me remind you, any decision of a migration official in Sweden is absolute law, even when they openly lie and falsify documents. Again — can you imagine the potential for corruption? Hey, Swedish citizens, you’ve got a mafia here!
21/33 Officials Nataliya Barinova and Baris Bendav decided I was hiding from the Migration Agency. I was arrested at a scheduled meeting with the Agency I was allegedly hiding from. Neither in the arrest warrant nor in court were they able to justify their suspicion.
20/33 So, I filed yet another application with the Migration Agency, listing all these falsifications in detail and demanding that they be addressed. In response, I was put in deportation detention — of course, on fabricated grounds.
