Yeah we make it with that plant cream all the time because the shelf life is so much longer than real cream, so you can just buy it and have it on hand when you want to make ice cream. It’s fun kitchen science too with the alcohol and invert sugar method.

As someone who watched these as they came out as a young person, it was like watching something make fun of soap operas while at the same time showing you can push boundaries. But yeah the season 2 dip for a bit with the behind the scenes drama was heavy lifting from week to week.
