If you have dough mixture leftover, you can pour it at the end on the same pan and make fake pancakes like I did on the right side of the photo

Cut any bread you have around in slices, finger thick I'd say. In large pan heat frying oil, it has to cover the whole surface of the pan properly and be like 2-3mm deep (so it covers just a bit of sides of the slices too). Dip slice in dough, fry on each side until you get golden color.

Mix milk, flour and salt (you can add sugar too if you like sweet more) to get consistency similar to pancake mix, slightly thicker. I don't have exact measurements cause I always eyeball it and depends on the amount of bread I have - if I have more slices, I add more milk and flour.
