I read "Talking About BPD" by Rosie Cappuccino, which destigmatizes this condition, and "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me" which demonized the condition in several parts. The latter was known as one of the most important works for understanding BPD for the past 30 years. Professionals can get ableist too
