Sounds like a solid day of work.π
Ah, the joys of the writing life.

Ah, the joys of the writing life.
Where I am in the writing process:
One book out on submission and another that is (hopefully) also close to going out. Meanwhile, Iβm here every day. Wherever I am with the business side of writing, this is where the joy is for me - at the desk, imagining my way into stories. #writerslife
I have gotten into the habit of talking to goats about my writing woes. They are very attentive listeners.

Finished revising my novel for my agent yesterday afternoon. This morning I burned off my βI hope she likes itβ nerves by going on a sunrise scramble up Mount Si. Good medicine for the anxious author.
Looking for a great read? Pick up ELITA by Kirsten Sundberg Lunstrum. A beautifully written look at identity and indepence that revolves around a dark mystery.

An important reminder in these turbulent times.

This is the tiniest of small victories, but I will celebrate it all the same.
Apparently I type too hard. Or maybe just too much. #writerslife

This was one of my favorite holiday cards I made at Atlas. I always loved bringing my whack-ass ideas to the brilliant @ajpower_studio and seeing how heβd bring them to life.

My essay came out in MicroLit Almanac in October, but seemed like itβs worth reposting today.

Like most people, when friends told me I should be on this platform I thought, "I should buy a cow so I'll have something to talk about on here besides writing."
No cow yet, but I dare to dream.
