Going for a nice long run in shorts and a tshirt before I get trapped in my house for a day.
I regret to inform you that I am that regular with my sleeping schedule that going to QC for two days throws me off. I am weak when it comes to disrupted sleep.
But the outfit for that run was iconic!
Back to work after March Break.

I can get by on just about anything for a run less than 2 hours, and those apple sauce pouches or a baggie of sushi rice are always going to be the first choice for me.
November: over prepared with carbs and water and really proud of a 15km long run on a Saturday.
February: slamming an apple sauce pouch and running 15km after work in the dark.
U15 hockey and AUS women’s basketball finals. The rest of my day was pretty good.
