Its insane to think what an extra 11k a year could do for me.

An extra 11k per year saves some people from eviction, gets kids better clothes, food, etc.

This is 11k per second...per SECOND.

How about instead of war we use that for universal basic income? healthcare? a functional infrastructure?

Im unsure if I say it lightly or I've just found the right people because I say it often but feel so very connected to the people I spend my days embracing & communicating to.

The block button is a wonderful thing.

Sometimes I wish we had a block button irl.

Their patent lawsuits trying to stop any competition. Them bricking switches remotely that you own. The lack on innovation in the pokemon series as a whole. Numerous other morally questionable actions they've taken.

I love pokemon, the nostalgia i feel seeing them, but fuck that company. 🍻

Pokemon day gives me mixed feelings.

I remember playing yellow version with my dad on the OG grey brick Gameboy.
I've seen every show. Played almost every game. I love pokemon.

But

Where does the money come from?
Like, if someone drives drunk & kills a person. They generally go to prison yes? So how do they make the money to pay that tab?
Is it actually people who didn't murder that person footing that bill? (taxes)

The idea is great, but how is it going to be implimented?

I dont generally like laws that have a monetary punishment because more often than not its not really a punishment for the haves, only for the have nots.

Now, this does sound good on the surface. I do like where peoples heads are at, but I have questions.
