I've determined that this is Nightflight based on the following information:
- The account is new
- He's watching his favorites, Sunfloroj and SeagullTheSeaWing
- The birthday setting is the same as his previous account
- The icon is stolen from someone else
With Valentines Day just a few days away, I’d like to update this for anyone in the furry and dragon artist communities that don’t already have him blocked. I’d normally let sleeping dogs lie after the first post but he changed his @ handle, so be aware. This is a very active time of year for him.

I think it's nightflightversel because of the account name, which is similar to Zordus, and the fact that he stole art from TinyPigDraws.
