Quite frankly, if democrats want any further support from the base, they need to get rid of almost all leadership now! A lot of them are nothing more than the hapless buffoons and grifters that they have also been exposed as. I say this as a freaked out diehard democrat, by the way.
It took this Italian YEARS to get portion sizes down, but it's absolutely true that we over eat what's on our plates, so start w/ less! That & chewing a lot longer so I actually know when I'm full is a game changer. Now when I still serve too big of a plate, I say 'looks like that's also lunch'😂
With all things I deny myself at this age to stay fit and healthy, I hope to God I die before coffee ☕️ goes extinct!

I’m paying for the extra hotels by eliminating the restaurants & doing healthier, tastier Costco
I don’t know if you have a Costco card, but if you’re ever in that situation again, their prepared meals and a good cooler in addition to that setup would be a game changer. We’re planning a road trip now, but can’t eat fast food. Costco makes our trip work & we’ll eat well!
