Yes and it's so lovely that it was the top app in the App Store for a while in August!

I updated @hankgreen.bsky.social's Focus Friend app and got a whole new room to decorate.
Why not just scroll down and read all the comments?
Boston has the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever
A reminder that if the government can send migrants to a prison camp without any due process, it can send U.S. citizens there, too. I know because this happened to me and my family in 1942.
Oh I'm familiar with Jon, but I'd never seen Rahm Emanuel speak before and I wasn't sure if that is what he is always like or not. It definitely crossed my mind he might have had a drink or a spliff before the segment.
So he's not always that unhinged?
I'm watching the interview right now and really hoping we get to have a democratic primary because I want to see him in debates.
Holy shit I hadn't looked. Big yikes!
If you're boycotting the US so that the American people suffer, rather than to pressure the government and large corporations into changing the political path we're on, you're doing sadism, not activism.
Oh yeah, I'm just shoutily agreeing and expanding here because I can't do it in the original thread, and because you questioning the theory of change totally cut to the core of why this is such a shitty take.

People in the US buying handmade goods from small businesses instead of mass produced items from large corporations is 100% in line with the boycott, it is in fact boycotting US corporations in favor of supporting our fellow citizens.
There is no theory of change, just like the current admin the cruelty here seems to be the point. Despite it only being a minority of people in the country that voted for this, we're all supposed to suffer because it will allow folks in other countries feel smug. ππ€¦ββοΈ
International boycotts of US goods doesn't mean individual Americans should stop trying to make ends meet actually.
the Dems are all like "what are we supposed to do????" and I think the wildly positive reaction to Cory Booker right now should send the signal loud and clear "literally fucking anything, just do SOMETHING instead of sitting there"
"RUGGED INDIVIDUALISM DIDN'T BEAT THE NAZIS"
Sen Corey Booker
And it won't do it this time, either

No, Democrats, these little auction signs aren't it. You're acting like Wes Anderson characters who don't understand that they're in a Tarantino movie.
The thing that everyone thinks is nuts, but I absolutely think would work: a presentation that looked like an Apple keynote product launch, but for all the cool shit that the government makes for people. Cancer treatments, national parks, space discoveries, free tax filing, cool new airports.
Nope, Bombardier.
One baked bean at a time.
Cinderblokc or The Twins.
This is excellent!
"Together is the best way through. It always had been. When we build systems that include more people we do better. When we build systems that exclude more people we do worse, and it's pretty much that simple."

This is the correct answer.
How many were there?
a venn diagram. the left circle is βpeople who understand that climate change is an existential threatβ and the right circle is βpeople who use Al, but, like, not for real work! lol! i just needed a silly pic of a dog on a scooter and it's surprisingly hard to find good reference imagesβ

I hope its Cinderblokc.
