💥 Family clearing out late inventor’s Huddersfield home find hand grenade Family members sorting through the belongings of Wilf Lunn, the well-known eccentric inventor and former Vision On regular, a TV show in the 1960-70s, who died in December 2023, came across a hand grenade in his house on North Road in Kirkburton, Huddersfield. The discovery happened during routine clearance at the Huddersfield property where Lunn lived and worked for many years, surrounded by his quirky creations and workshop clutter. Police attended the scene straight away and put a cordon in place. Bomb disposal experts attended and safely removed the grenade and detonated it in a safe location nearby.
