It is hard to understand how anyone can see the proposition that "Unless you are 100% behind everything the country is currently doing, you are a traitor (or a loser, have no talent, etc.) and should get out" is anything but the most un-American of perspectives one could have.

The thing that gets me is the messaging around - "it may be against regulations" as a reason. Literally no regulation or law has slowed down decisions and "emergency declarations" but now we are to believe that some legal ambiguity is tying his hands?

Isn't this where he demands BLS takes out government jobs (since they are not "real jobs" and only private sector jobs should count...) and whatever else until he finds the number he wants and then presents "revised" numbers?

At the end of the day, it is all about who you trust. The Bureau of Labor Statistics or the guy who refuses to ever admit any fault, mistake, or anything he doesn’t like.

Yeah, I liked her well enough, but I wasn’t in the demographic that needed to be motivated or convinced. The status quo was at least part of the problem (and her infamous - nothing comes to mind response as to what she would do different from Biden did not help).

She simply was not a good candidate. The dems need a good (or great!) candidate to win. I wish elections were about policies but they are about candidates connecting with people. I was at some Harris rallies. IMO People desperately wanted to be excited and inspired, but weren't.

Honestly, been waiting for the headlines from the funeral about complaining about the seating arrangements, pushing others out of the photo op, saying he did more for the poor than the pope, and generally making it all about him.

Putting aside the obvious meanness of writing off people with disabilities, it is just crazy how he can't understand the difference between the prevalence of autism and the diagnosis of autism over time. I would wager a guess that many of our best loved artists in the past had undiagnosed cases.
