& in case anyone wants to go there, the ABA is a voluntary organization, not mandatory as state bars are. It sets standards for law schools accreditation & has no authority to discipline lawyers as state bars do. It pretty much only connects w/state bars on matters of prof. ethics.
How in the world does the DOJ have jurisdiction over 50 state bars which do not answer to the federal level at all? State bars are guided by state supreme courts. Period.
