I'm happy with the likely return of Gary Caldwell. People learn as they do jobs.He's got a lot of experience and cares about the club. Way better than some of risky options floated.

Didn't travel today. Watched Quorn v Alvechurch. Quorn left back was decent.

It's a very odd role

It was always a leap for him to go from running academy to being in charge of all football matters. Costly to get rid of him as well though. That's another system that's not working.
