Many people in Springfield, Ohio — home to some 12,000 Haitian immigrants — expect the city to be a target of the next major ICE surge. Despite threats of violence, some churches are preparing to offer sanctuary to the city’s migrants. https://cnn.it/4c0zH8A

The public made noise for Liam Ramos and it got him released from Dilley.
Now we must make noise for 7 year old Diana Crespo.
Her parents were taking her for emergency medical care when ICE grabbed them, and she’s rotting in the camp sick and exposed to measles.
Get them out!
The New York Times reported a Reagan-appointed judge ruled Trump’s Energy Secretary illegally ran a secret panel of climate deniers to cook up a biased report and sabotage clean air rules.
They didn’t follow the law, didn’t follow the science, and betrayed the public to serve Trump.
I hope local real estate agents, developers, government leaders and the media let us know if and when a Licking County site becomes a target for such a deplorable use.
Don’t let it happen without public input, and hopefully plenty of opposition.
Please stop Trump from putting 5,000 to 10,000 mostly innocent immigrants and citizens, including children, into an illegal and unhealthy prison in Licking County.
The Trump administration looks to convert large vacant warehouses into ICE detention facilities all over the country. I hope city, village, township and county government officials throughout Licking County are on the lookout right now for such activity.
Chloe, a 2-year old girl, has been arrested with her father by ICE in Minnesota. They were sent to Texas against a judge’s order. The father has no criminal record. They have now returned to Minnesota. Why are they doing this? This is pure evil!
Every Republican at every level of government needs to answer questions on where they stand. Do you still support what used to be basic U.S. values?
It’s time to decide which side you are on: Rapists, pedophiles, racists, murderers, violent thugs, dictators, bullies, corrupt, cruel and evil people.
Or
The Bill of Rights, the rule of law, human decency, compassion, empathy, diversity, equity, inclusion and common sense.
When we can’t even agree we should investigate the rape and sexual abuse of hundreds of children, we have lost our soul.
When we can’t even agree that it’s wrong to kill unarmed, innocent
people on the streets, we have a major problem.
When one party refuses to even attend a hearing to listen to victims of ICE attacks and relatives of those ICE murdered, we have no hope of finding common ground.
Democrats still support our universal values, but Republicans have taken the side of racial profiling, arrests and detention with no charges, beating up and killing immigrants and citizens for no reason, imprisonment of children, ignoring court rulings and providing the president complete immunity.
Those issues could be divisive, but today’s differences are central to who we are as Americans.
Now the dividing issues are the Constitution, due process, free speech, right to an attorney, judicial warrants for a home search, reading of your rights, the rule of law, and investigating pedophiles.
There are two major political parties in this country. The differences between the parties used to focus on issues such as tax policy, government regulations, gun control, military spending and the deficit.

To those who support Trump, will your support diminish when a family member or friend of yours is wrongfully detained, kidnapped or assaulted by ICE? Will you wake up then?
Friends of our family are right now living in fear. They are U.S. citizens who should not fear their government.
