basically there's a reason modern games have calibration for lag lol
depends a lot on monitor/audio setup. if i played through my microphones audio out it was perfect, monitor speakers it was 20ms late
CRTs just always hit 0 on visual side so any audio error is less noticeable
if you're playing on an HDTV good luck out there i had one that has ~100ms lag, miserable

i played through recently runs great on current builds of PCSX2, as long as your monitor isn't too wild it's good
