The Coady family of West Des Moines learned of Declan's death in Kuwait on Sunday night.

“He’s attacked seven nations, three of which — Iran, Nigeria and Venezuela — had never been targeted by U.S. military strikes."
Both the Democratic candidates for Senate condemned the war as illegal, costly and likely to drag on. Josh Turek's statement included a caveat: “While there is no question the Iranian regime is brutal and repressive, bombing Iran is not the same thing as bringing lasting change to the country."
