Tariff decision WINNERS and LOSERS.
WINNERS:
*The American people. 'Nuff said.
*SCOTUS. Allows them to reclaim a perception of independence.
LOSERS:
*Donald Trump. His central policy is gone.
*Congressional GOP. If Trump demands a bill, they can vote for tax increases or vote against Trump.

The SCOTUS just emptied the bullets out of Trump’s economic gun. Meanwhile, other countries have figured out ways to circumvent Trump‘s tariffs leaving us basically fucked.
