URGENT! @WP just reported that 54 min ago researchers funded by the Department of Education were told they need agency permission to publish results.
NPR story is out: Confirms all NSF panels (all directorates) are cancelled this week due to executive orders.
Next week? "NSF also has review panels scheduled for next week. An agency spokesperson declined to confirm whether they'd also be rescheduled."
