I imagine a thermal exhaust port implant could take care of heat more efficiently than sweat and some sort of storage tank could handle any physical waste before being vaccum tube sucked out while regenerating. so I'd bet on no organic stink, just the smells of hot silicon and latex.

That’s a complicated question. They probably don’t care about their smell, but they can probably completely control every bodily function, and they would want their nutrition, respiration, perspiration, etc to be as efficient & physically as possible.
