And Parabiosis: #eris136199 Live at The Vortex was available to backers of the Peculiar Velocities Kickstarter campaign, and briefly for the release of 𝑿: Eris 136199 Decennial: hanearlpark.bandcamp.com/album/parabi...
Kuramoto Synchronization, described by @abstracttruth.bsky.social in @freejazzblog.bsky.social as an “exquisite exploration of space, time, nightmares, and dreamscapes,” was only briefly available with pre-orders of #sirene1009: hanearlpark.bandcamp.com/album/kuramo...

I am so very happy about how the program turned out. Excited to hear what everyone brings to the stage.
But first, the series kicks-off next week with some amazing noise from Sarattma (Matt Hollenberg and Sara Neidorf) and Constructive Panic (Simone Weißenfels, Guido Kohn and πxl) kick-off the series next week; and Maria Bertel, and Farida Amadou with Egon Wolfson in April!
I’m particularly excited to see what Gugulethu Duma/Zeynep Ayşe Hatipoglu/Sofia Eftichidou will bring to the stage; and, later in the year, an evening of two duos—Eric Mingus/Catherine Sikora, and Isabel Anders/Lázara Rosell Albear—promises deep and radical performances of poetry and imagination.

I feel enormously privileged to be part of the curatorial team, with Wakaba Kimura, working behind-the-scenes of #biegungenimausland. With the generous support of #hauptstadtkulturfonds, we are presenting six concerts this year at ausland.

“Bro is channeling Derek Bailey.” “Half DB, half Will Gaines. (But which half is which?)”
But which half is which?

This Bandc**p Friday I am offering 0% discounts, and it’s only thru steely self-discipline that I still have not inflated prices by like a thousand 🙃
Enjoy!

Thinking thru some of the implications of this one. (I think this works if you give it time for the form of it to settle… or maybe I’m just imagining things.)
That might have been the quickest app. I’ve done 🤞 #thebighustle #thingsidoforart #nowaytomakingaliving
Built-in version control? or an editor that interfaces with something like Git?

† There’s a Steve Lacy story about this, but that’s for another time.
* I am genuinely uncertain whether or not I should put scare quotes around ‘experimental.’
Every once-in-a-while, you’ll meet someone in the experimental scene* who raises an eyebrow when you say you (only) play guitar. (And my instrumental monogamy† pretty much means playing _one_ particular guitar.) #thingsidoforart

My office last night. Nice new amp at the venue, but I was reminded that Deluxe Reverb really doesn’t work for me. (Back to the 212 Yamaha next time I’m back at Kühlspot, I think.) #thingsidoforart
See you tonight!
“Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die improvisierte Musik derzeit eine Identitätskrise durchläuft…. Wir uns vom westeuropäischen Liberalismus, der einen Großteil der improvisierten Musik der Nachkriegszeit geprägt hat, lösen und andere Perspektiven anbieten können.”

fyi, despite the transport workers’ strike, the S-Bahn will still be running. So your best bet is to bike, or take the S-Bahn to Prenzlauer Allee. See you on Friday!
Friday at Kühlspot, Berlin!
