Worked on the latest draft of my novel all morning and got so much done. I forget sometimes that all of the sitting around thinking about the novel is also writing

Groff can do no wrong. My favorites were Annunciation, Between The Shadow and The Soul, and Birdie.

Trying to hit 30k followers on Instagram, since I’m querying an essay collection and an agent said I needed to boost my followers a little. I need a little over 100, so fingers crossed! Hopefully that’ll be enough to finally land an agent lol

Brainstorming which books I might want to do read-a-longs with in 2026! I’m thinking a classic, something from a genre I don’t typically read, a short story collection, maybe a book that’s a bit daunting to approach on one’s own…hmmm

Already read two of the books on my December TBR, so feeling pretty good about that! (Also just realized I’d read them in the order they’re stacked…should I pick up Yiyun Li’s next?! We will see!)
