So here's a ❓️: reporting says Social Security & Medicare payments aren't halted - but what about Medicaid (which states operate w/ fed. $) & the Medicare Savings Program (MSP), a federally funded program *administered* through state Medicaid programs to pay the 20% Medicare doesn't?
