My cat used to nibble my hand gently. It can be a sign of affection from cats, especially when you are fussing them. Of course, if the nibble is too hard, or just unwanted it is best to stop the fussing for a minute. My Mollie cat even occasionally nibbled my cheek, which I adored (and now miss).

The lighting in the shop in my town just looks cold, stark and quite dark, and it definitely does not entice me in. Like you, I haven't been in for years. Yet, in the 1980s it was my favourite shop and I used to want to work there.
