Congratulations! You have a photo credit in my Property Law casebook, too; you're just showing up everywhere.
(At least, a photo of Hill from *Colorado v. Hill* flyfishing credited Ben Goldfarb.)

Wow.
I'm working on my first oral argument for summary judgment; it will not be like Clement's, alas.
I had to read through to understand what was happening. And I'm already following the story!
Sure, but like I mentioned to @trryjhrrs.bsky.social, you can look across the dais and figure out who supports your proposal.
Admittedly, most of my experience is with a three-person board, but 2.5 years of a ten-person body says the same thing. You figure out your support in the moment.
I hear it.
I just know that it doesn't take much eye contact to figure these things out. And it definitely doesn't take a thousand rounds of voting.
Why not do that in the meeting?
(I'm not trying to be annoying, I just know what it's like.)
The astronauts meme:
1st astronaut: "you mean the Court is political?"
2d astronaut: "always has been."
Just like firing federal employees en masse and then rehiring based upon vouching by congressional and political folks.
Haha, I take 15 minutes to write up a statement of facts, and look what I miss!
Yikes
This is just like the mountain bike trails at Beacon Hill in Spokane, Washington! You have to commit before you can see over the edge. So fun!
NICE!
Yeah, pretty one.
We attended in 2020. Epic, before the awful.
Photo shows a fire-orange sunrise on mist above farm fields, orchards, and a leafless black walnut tree.
The world is chaos and the world is beauty. Especially today.
Honestly, that's so helpful: "it proves that the rules apply to you but not to them."
Only a few hours left, but today is still Fred Korematsu Day.
Just like Minoru Yasui* (Oregon's hero), it is important to remember Korematsu.
*Minoru Yasui Day in Oregon is March 28th.
Right!
FRCP 11(b)?!!?
State of incorporation = proper venue seems like a pretty good argument! (I have only taken one Civ Pro class.)
thanks for the reminder! i need to re-subscribe to @itskale.bsky.social 's newsletter!
@leahsottile.bsky.social and you?! What could be better?!
We can have MORE TRAINS in the Pacific Northwest if the Oregon legislature listens to the LOUD CALLS for MORE TRAINS.
This is perfect for wearing to my Con Law I class.
Hahahaha. Nice. They really know you.
Wow.
So many good seed companies in the PNW to choose from!
Good luck!!
I read that last part as "Tony Hawk." I like my version; more mysterious.
Thank you for this! I sent it to our teenagers to give them perspective.
This was such a good one that I shared it in our family group text (mainly for the kids).
