p-3 is like the final reward for doing 100%, so you might as well start working towards it in the time between the end of the campaign and its release, getting all the perfect ranks (+ beating p-1 and 2) is a lot lol

and the encores are just bonus things off to the side

so, if you want to play the game front to back you'll likely be able to do that soon-ish

by now there are only two more levels in the main campaign left (plus one secret level), I could see those coming out this year. with the side content there's still like 9 left (p-3 + 8 more encores) which will probs come afterward
