There is a lady in here spitting facts at my coworker has been keeping her head in the sand and it’s so satisfying

I was diagnosed with it very early on, for me when I’m in a flair up a nice gentle walk (if you can) followed by a warm shower or bath with salts, for me smoking 🌿(not edibles) helps take the edge off paired with my anti inflammatory meds. I also use icy hot pads for back/shoulder pain.

Really really looking forward to actually getting new years off and then a bunch of days off in a row 🎆
