Not only that but our unions specifically prepared measures to keep the protest safe by not passing in front of the actual building. I was toward the front and ICE wasn’t outside. Which means they purposely came outside just to gas peaceful protesters.
2 blocks away, got a face full within minutes. Burned our eyes, noses, throats, skin. Many were retching, kids, elders could not breathe. All remained calm and moved quickly, no panic, to get to fresh air blocks away. Helpers washed our eyes. I’ll be 65 in Feb. Never b4 attacked by my own countrymen
I was there, too, and this is one of those children, leaving the scene.

Trump's regime murdered Alex Jeffrey Pretti, an ICU nurse who came to the aid of woman that ICE agents were assaulting. Trump and his regime are now smearing Pretti as a terrorist. Yet they have zero evidence to back that up. This is what we are dealing with. They will kill you and then smear you.

Alex from our time working together, while he was in nursing school. Later, he moved to ICU, working as a nurse to support critically ill Veterans. He had such a great attitude. We’d chat between patients about trying to get in a mountain bike ride together. Will never happen now
We are not the first people, or the first country, to suffer under a tyrannical government that does not respect our lives, or our rights.
