i bought the manta sleep mask a year ago and it’s helped a LOT. the one with bluetooth is what i use for “sleep phones”

the consistent train of sound to listen to lulls me, and if it’s something i’ve already listened to before then i don’t have the stress of “missing” something.

:c i don’t have much for the former, but the latter — playing an audio that i already have listened to (books, podcasts) and turning on the rain background sounds on my phone have helped me tremendously (if you’re someone who can sleep w/ noise)
