I had the pleasure of meeting James Mullinger today at an NBCC event in Moncton. His keynote was inspiring, uplifting, and hilariously motivational. By encouraging us to celebrate our communities and shift our perspectives, he showed how we can dramatically enhance the way we live, work, and play.

I loved my wine...and if you had told me back then I would still be dry today I would have laughed in your face! There are so many non alcoholic options out there now that I really don't miss it at all.
My dry April from 2021 is still going strong...the challenge now is more about not breaking the streak than not drinking 😂
