Aside from reliable communication/shipping schedules, I like themes that are consistent month-month.
I'd love to check out her Instagram! NSW are my fav :)

Can anyone recommend a good monthly yarn club? In the market to join one now that the we've started the second quarter of the year #knitsky
New spring knitting things, in the shop now! This collection is inspired by patchwork and appliquΓ© quilts from the last two hundred years. I hope you find something you love!πΌπ§Ά

The beginnings of a hand knitted scarf in cream and a pale-grey toned pink.

A Perennial scarf by Lisa Ross in minis purchased at Flock Fiber Fest this past year- from @reddoorfs.bsky.social and Sewrella yarn.
Fun fact, the minis from RDF were my very first purchase of that fantastic day. I am already feeling FOMO from not being able to go this year.
Oh those flowers! So cute!
Happy #thingsonmyneedlethursday friends!
A new project on my needles, the Moonflower tee by Ksenia Naidyon/Life is Cozy.
Making this in a 60/40 merino/silk blend from Two Springs Fiber Arts in 'pistachio'.
I forgot to share this image of my new stitch markers from @soft-spoken.bsky.social !
They're absolutely adorable, and I cannot wait to put them to good use.

So excited to see this collection! I missed it when it was a yarn club and felt major FOMO!
This collection is simply beautiful!
I have sheep who are braver than Marco Rubio.
A blanket of Tunisian crochet knit square in a rainbow of colors.
I made these squares out of a Scheepjes Stone Washed XL mini pack almost three years ago when I was learning Tunisian crochet.
They've sat in a closet for three years, and I finally joined them together to create a bright and colorful lap blanket.
Thank you! I've had this pattern saved for so long and I'm so happy to finally get to make it!
A partially knitted pouch. The body is primarily green, dotted with lavender and red. There are hot pink flowers across the middle.
Happy #thingsonmyneedlesthursday !
Working on a sweet and bright Clover Pouch by @s-knits.bsky.social using my January yarn club from Fuzzy Peach Fibers.
One of my thoughts behind this project was to start with a pouch so I can use it for all the other months yarn.
And image of the cover of Captain's Fury by Jim Butcher. It features a young roman man with two swords fighting two wolves made of fire.
And a post about what I'm reading!
The Codex Alera series by Jim Butcher, currently on book 4, Captain's Fury.
This series is the kind of fantasy I crave. It's ridiculous in premise (Romans with Pokemon!), has lots of good-guy plot armor, and is deep enough to let me forget the world.
A half-finished cabled mini-scarf in a deep emerald green color.
For every productive weekend of knitting, there are equal, low progress weekends.
Working on my modified mini Cablette by Justyna Lorkowska.
This picture was taken before I went back and frogged it so I didn't have to play yarn chicken.
So cute - can't wait to use mine! π₯°
A 3/4 finished Stella Quilt blanket. It's a hand-knit blanket featuring an eight pointed star. Each star is knit in eight different colors. The colors are all vibrant and range from greens to oranges to blues and pinks. They are all on a background of a neutral cream.
More Stella Quilt progress!
As I finish the third motif, I finally get to remove minis from my bag which feels so good.
I also have plans to cast on a Sweet Shop blanket with The Fibre Fox's Colour Club arriving soon... I don't want to have two blanket WIPs at the same time!
Excited for it!
A half-knitted blanket. The motif is a classic quilt star, with each point of the star being different colors, for eight colors in total. There are two motifs, each different. The colors are all bright and saturated, ranging from blue to purple to pink to green.
Snowstorm Saturday!
A project that I've knit for about 6 months now- Stella Quilt blanket by Laura Penrose.
I'm using Sewrella's classic DK in the Garden Collection minis and the background is her summer tonal "Sea Oats".
Don't worry about those ends... I'm 100% adding a fabric backing π
I too, have a sprocket.
I will second the complaint/issue about color reproduction, but I think with the right filter it can look intentional.
A Stella Quilt Cushion! I think all the colors would be able to shine with each other
Okay but only if you don't tell the other WIPs π€
A pile of 5 warm-brown yarn skeins in the shade Dinosauria by Newburgh Yarn Co
Yarn mail!
From @newburghyarnco.com, a new NSW base, BFL and Marsham wool. BFL is one of my favorite fibers to knit with. I love the texture of it and how it wears.
I'm very excited to work with this- maybe excited enough to abandon a WIP or two..... π
A hand-knit cabled mini-scarf/ascot in deep green

This week has been quite challenging for me. Spending today in quiet and warmth.
May anyone else who had a hard week find time to refresh and renew themselves for the week ahead π
Lastly and without a picture, I use CocoKnits stitch markers for my 'workhorse' stitch markers.
They're reliable, colorful, and come in plenty of sizes to work with both socks and sweaters.
A collection of multicolored gemstone stitch markers from Sable and Stone Co.
Second is Sable and Stone Co-
I adore their gemstone stitch markers. I've been purchasing from them for several years, and I gift them to myself on every occasion.
Something about the weight, shine, and feel of them just makes my knitting feel luxurious.
A collection of stitch markers from Hello Lavender Designs. There are 6 small oval designs with various herbs, two flowers, one pink and one red, and a ladybug

I thought it'd be fun to share the tools I use each week. This week- Stitch Markers!
Hello Lavender Designs- I love their clay stitch markers as well as their jewelry. The amount of details are exceptional.
I highly recommend this starter pack. My feed now has sheep on it. This is, of course, far superior to a sheep-less feed.
Love love love suri alpaca. So soft and warm.
I like it better than mohair for fluffy projects.
