Try Aftershock. We have used it in our humanitarian and refugee classes.

We run Race to the Rhine in the sustainment classes quite a bit. We have also run the upcoming Race to Rabaul there as well. They have some fighting, but are really good sustainment games.

Lasers. Drones. Cyber attacks. Missiles.
