I try to help families family better.
My cholesterol been high since I was in my late twenties. I’ve been able to avoid statins by staying active and keeping my other indicators in normal ranges. I likely have a genetic predisposition. Get checked y’all!

There’s a lot about adulthood that is less than joyful: mammograms and Pap smears, bills, meal planning etc BUT there are moments of joy like buying yourself a 22 pack of Welch’s fruit snacks all for yourself that no one else will touch and no one to tell you to stop snacking before dinner 💪🏽
With every year, I find more joy and contentment internally and of my own creation. Necessary for a burning world.
