I agree, HR is there to protect the company not you, but you’d be surprised how often complaints are mishandled leaving the company vulnerable to liability and litigation. Cheeto man bout to segregate things, might as well get your money on the way out 😂

Not in my experience. I do a lot of documenting tho. Even if I don’t send the email to HR, I send an emails to myself to cya.

One thing I learned about working in corporate, especially with yt ppl… make the complaint to HR.
Idc how small the issue is, if it makes you uneasy, send the email.
Because if you don’t tell your story, they’ll tell your story for you.
I stg some ppl are so miserable they gotta make everyone around them miserable too.
The only email I sent today was to HR and upper management.. mind you, it’s a paid holiday.
