Its amazing. If I wasn't so deeply rooted in Sweden (Smålänning) I might have ended up in US. Spent one school summer holiday there, studied half a year in midwest. Was offered job. Visited relatives in Duluth, friends in Boston, 5 or 6 Florida vacations with kids. Now I wouldn't set my foot there.
I hope you can go back to love both countries again in a couple of years when this insane phase is over and the scum is behind bars.
