I am surprised by the Conservative Party’s objections here, because I could have sworn that Toad of Toad Hall was a Tory Grandee.

I am currently halfway through his two most recent novels. I have paused reading, not because they aren’t good, but because I do that with books.
I also have a some of his books in my mountain of unread books.

I also read his cat books but those were a while ago.

When I was a kid we had Junior Scrabble which I sometimes played. But never proper Scrabble. No idea how the scoring works!

Yes, which makes it even more important that the bridges are well maintained.

You don’t want rain leaking onto a family of trolls.

I do feel sorry for the real trolls in Norwegian forests. Trying to charge affordable tolls yet keep their bridges maintained to a safe standard.

These people give them a bad name.

Could be in a holding pattern to burn off fuel or while waiting for instructions on where to fly to?

Given that Doha Airport could be attacked by Iran, Qatar Airways could be trying to move its fleet to somewhere safer.

The Green Party has won more elections than Reform have.

Why are Reform constantly on TV and the Green Party is ignored?

The electorate says it should be the other way around.

It occurs to me that I have been using that word, but only to describe the presence of cat pictures on social media.

Such as β€œthere is some great cat content on Bluesky today”

I need to find a better word to use.
