Wrong, the only good basketball game ever was when Pero Antic hit a one-legged 3 at the buzzer to force overtime against the Bobcats

When I was working in NASCAR we used to specifically recruit from athletic departments for PR and comms roles because we could basically double their salary and give them a more humane, or at least regular, travel schedule (of 38 full weekends each year)
We've been struggling with getting her sleep on a better schedule for us (she goes to bed at ~6:30 and fully gets up between 5-6:30 depending on how many overnight wakeups) so moving that all back an hour in theory actually gets us onto a great timeline until everything changes in 3 days like always
Genuine benefit of having a very small child this week is that I am only exactly as tired as I always am
Update:
60 degrees at 8 pm, I should be allowed to walk around with a tacky, oversized margarita
I was so ready for Everton to open the brand new stadium in the Championship, would have genuinely been my favorite moment as a fan
This is pretty neat
Not even a month into play and the Vanderbilt baseball team is about to have more losses than the football, men's and women's basketball teams did in full regular seasons
I figured NZ could chase down that total as long as they didn't lose anything soft early, but in no way did what actually happened seem plausible
I don't have a great baseball comp for this, unfortunately, but it's approximate to if Cal Raleigh hit 4 home runs in an ALCS game seeing only like 7 total pitches
Finn Allen with a century in just 33 balls today, in a World Cup semifinal, is bonkers. Only 17 in WC games at all, next fastest was Chris Gayle in 48 balls in 2016.
If weβre going to do sponsor patches on college teams, this is pretty good
Hell, make it both the kids from Talladega Nights
Listening to the new Sturgill again

I think the 24 hours helps a ton here, you could go hogwild on the beers and tacos at midnight, get a full night sleep then wake up and knock off whatever is left after the run
And might have also been their best hitter in that stretch
Really hoping they secured the rights to the Andy Griffith Show for rain delays, at least
PWHL is free on YouTube and it rips. Pick a team and go.
Not only is Paradise Valley a wonderful mini golf course right next to Charlotte, it's also got a really really good 18-hole par 3 course that's only $11 to play
Skimo looks like if MXC were based on a Norwegian gameshow
NBC ran a piece where Mary Carrillo went to Norway to find out why they're so good at the Winter Olympics and i was yelling BECAUSE IT'S COLD THERE
then she went to a little tiny ski jump for kids and was like "it's free, equipment is provided, & they don't emphasize results"
and i was like.
oh!
That was the curling equivalent of playing for a 50-yard field goal to win, and hitting it right down the pipe
Cannot believe Finland won that game
That save Binnington made right before the goal doesn't look impressive, but closing down that much space into the slot and controlling the rebound is so so good
3 on 3 hockey absolutely sucks as a goalie, it's a perfect overtime format
