On Wednesday last, resi-dents of Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, rejoiced after a vagrant who would reveal neither his name nor his face put the terror known as the Banshee of Birchgrove to rest. The Banshee had caused great distress since it first emerged in February of last year, visiting several families at night and forecasting their untimely deaths. The vagrant, who locals refer to as βThe Faceless,β did not reveal his methods. Many, however, report that he sought a golden blade for an encounter with the appa-rition.
Meet The Faceless. Armed with nβowt but his own wit and a mask carved from wolfsbone, he scours the land in a bid to extinguish the darkest of terrors.
Where others would hide from the darkness, this vagabond marches willingly into its inky black heart.

Iβm staying at my accommodation today rather than venture out for the Friday sessions and will be meeting up with that bestie Iβm staying with a bit earlier (who has cold medicine, woohoo).
Despite the sickβ¦itβs been worth it.

#GDC2025 has been so amazing. People have been incredible & Iβm grateful to have met so many great folks.
Only downside: catching a cold, haha. π But between my chronic sinusitis flaring up, lots of uphill walking, and rapid cool/warm temperature shifts, I suppose it is inevitable.
Recovery time~
Attended Day of the Devs last night and it was a blast!
Slept for about 2 hours. Showered, dressed, and waiting for my ride.
Less than 6 hours before I fly out for GDCβ¦and I am still all keyed up and nervy!
Iβm still definitely happy about going. But it feels weird to travel without my husband and still have so much weighing on my mind.
Hereβs hoping this experience is full of only pleasant things. β€οΈ
One of the best things about today? No snow-rain. No sleet. Cool temperatures, creeping up warmly.
I am so ready for spring.
