My time has come. The first appearance I have found is in Out of the Unknown: Time in Advance, then it’s in The Avengers: House that Jack Built. It’s in DIoE 2150AD in the Dalek saucer. After TUM it’s in Macra, and last I’ve seen repainted black for Fury.

I think you’re absolutely right, and I wasn’t paying enough attention! Doh! I’d just watched your video too and still didn’t pick it up. The camera script specifies Steven runs in at the start with his police uniform still on. Was so preoccupied with the set layout I didn’t check other things. 😞
