I wasn’t able to find my layoff hat before the suspiciously sudden meeting that generally indicates a layoff is coming. So y’all get to enjoy my layoff hat! I have worn this hat for most of my layoff meetings. I really only pull it out when I think something bad is about to happen.
Super excited for this! I have a few talks I want to submit once my voice comes back enough to submit a video.

AI system design katas was my favorite talk/workshop and while I didn't agree with the estimation talk much, it's given me some things to think about with regard to what goes into an estimate. Some great lightning talks, too.
Spent a bunch of time submitting to @gigcityelixir.bsky.social yesterday. 😂 every conference inspires a new conference talk.
My talk at #CodeMash was great!! lots of folks from test and from development showed up. With some really good conversations about what it means to test and test artifacts.
