Similar issue with a ficus when I lived in Santa Monica. My roommate and I ran a hose out to it late at night, turned it on at a slow drip and let it drip for 8 hours. After doing this for several weeks, the roots went back down at they no longer needed to surface to find water.

I’m so not surprised. I tried to get it made a policy there that CLETS needs to be checked and hit brick walls. My foster daughter had a restraining order against her mother and DCFS forced her to have visits with her because they didn’t check CLETS and find the restraining order

Try a foster family agency. Some of them stock second hand cribs because foster parents are often asked to take a newborn sibling of a child they are already fostering and they aren't prepared with a crib. I got an "oops" baby this way and the crib struggle on the fly is H*A*R*D.

Nothing like being so racist that you confess to a crime in an attempt to get someone deported. If school accepts federal funds, she violated FERPA. She clearly looked at the birth certificate to know parents’ place of birth for no legitimate educational reason.

We couldn’t put money on commissary there either. I think that’s the norm because it’s a short term facility. Not sure if they still do this, but back in May they gave you a Covid test the day before they put you on a plane. That’s how the detainees knew for sure they were leaving. Sending hugs.

People also need to realize that criminals are human, too. People make mistakes. And some of them are completing their sentences here and then being deported to their home countries where they are incarcerated even though they have no criminal records there.
