In a homage to the 2nd PMD animated special, the Gabite from that is showing off his paws. (and his butt, thanks to the pose; i don't normally draw with attention to there oh my gosh) It's styled to look like the scene where he uses Attract, where he gets dramatically shaded and sparkles abound.
