Uhhhh, yes, Pam is pretty goood

Pam sometimes misses the free life in nature, so he ends up doing things to ease that longing. One of these is jogging through open parks with his body almost entirely exposed, wearing only a jockstrap. It's not the same thing, but it's the closest he can get to the feeling of running free in the city, even if it might still be inappropriate for civilization. However, the stares he attracts certainly don't complain.
