Following another hospital visit and scan of my tumour today, I refocused with a book.

Turning the pages I felt myself relax, breathe in the words, gain comfort from the characters who are now friends. I escaped for a short time.

Books are everything.

Oh my gosh, my 'to read' pile is huge 🤣

I'm beginning to think I have a serious addiction. I ordered more this morning for 'another' of my creations.
I blame the constant offer emails that hit my inbox daily, my resistance has the breaking strain of a KitKat 🤣
