Starry Night is depicted in a pose mirroring Blackmore's appearance in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, part 7. Instead of standing on rain and holding an umbrella, she dangles freely while grasping a frozen bolt of lightning that illuminates her form in striking color. Her face is shrouded by a multicolored veil rather than the mask of her counterpart.
Was possessed by the urge to draw, so here's Starry Night, a villain, hero, love interest, and genderbent version of Blackmore from my JoJo's fanfic.
