Added a new feed for Emergency Medicine #Medsky users.

It works like the other @medsky.social feeds, it will filter the general network for posts with #EMsky and #EMedSky, and then will use a more broad filter for any users with the Emergency Medicine-related labels from the labeler.

Trauma interested folks - a question on adrenaline in traumatic arrest…

Updated UK ambulance (JRCALC) guidelines advise:

‘Rapid treatment of reversible causes should take priority over chest compressions and [ALS drugs]’.

Sounds good, but doesn’t allow for withholding adrenaline full stop.
