北檢聲請查扣京華城不法利得111億7千餘萬的「京華廣場」，北院原裁定核准扣押，威京集團提抗告，高院裁定發回更裁，今天北院再度確認准予扣押。
沒想到在裁定文中，更是直接載明了4個確認…
確認111億7千餘萬的容積率為不法。
確認柯文哲明知不法卻執意為之。
確認 7個人頭210萬是賄賂前金。
確認1500萬是賄賂柯文哲部份的賄款。
而這份裁定文在發文函知台北市政府松山地政事務所確保不能處分時，簡舒培議員取得並讓大家看見這個經法院認證的「行賄金流」。
