Thanks! Not fast, and I do a physio walk for 10 laps to retrain my foot how to walk properly after an old injury, but yes! I was at 40 laps, but it wasn’t feeling like work, so I increased to 4 x 12 instead of 4 x 10 and I’m tired at the end now. 😜
Last year, I learned to swim for my 50th birthday. I find that if I don’t swim my 50 laps every 4 or so days, chronic pain returns. I can now put my face in the water, but still have to talk myself through the utter panic response I have when under water. 💦 #WorthIt #JustKeepSwimming

Jack the Jaguar (our school mascot) goes home with one of my gr 1 Ss each Friday as part of our language program. A trend was born after the 1st S’s Grandma knit him a scarf. He now has a bracelet, an anklet and today he returned with a 🇨🇦 pin. ❤️

Happy Heart Day! I upcycled some fabric masks into wee hearts for my grade 1 students. I’m trying to move towards 0 waste and be intentional with my purchases, this seemed like a good way to achieve and model it.
