Did you end up getting the money from pledgers? Are we supposed to get that money back? Or is it just lost to the capitalist æther at this point?

Attached are the 3 year projected job prospects for electricians, janitors, & cleaners, posted in order.
Other uses for those spaces will be found, some of which would still need the services of those same jobs.
In many (most?) cases those workers are not employed by the company leasing the space.

"Most companies" doing something means nothing & is certainly not an indication that said thing is good. "Most companies" avoid paying their share of taxes. "Most companies" exploit workers. etc
