Itβs justβ¦. Oy. Policing and investigating this shit is just such a bad use of our timeβ¦
@90sdesign
Gradients were bold, clip art treasuries hinted at a limitless future, and every word art banner carried the optimism of a new digital frontier. The global village was an inevitability because technology was magic and the world was ready to believe.
Itβs justβ¦. Oy. Policing and investigating this shit is just such a bad use of our timeβ¦
Institutional inertia is a bitch.
True, but many outside STEM had limited tech literacy and others were still unprepared for the speed of student uptake because academia was built around print, lectures, and old reward systems. Universities helped create it, but support, training, and incentives to actually integrate it lagged.
I am whatever the opposite of a luddite is- tech has always been my playground and Iβve run a paperless classroom for nearly 10 years- so I truly hate that Iβm seriously considering going back to blue book exams.
Many older academics remember being blindsided by the internet and are determined not to be the people who missed the boat again- and they are so sealed up in academia that they only see institutional competition and treat the larger ethical fallout as someone elseβs problem.
How about the rest of the country who still sits by and continues to allow MAGA to feel safe?
I wish I wasnβt so comfortable taking that bet
Our department head is REALLY pushing for faculty members to start using, embracing, and teaching AI in our humanities courses and itβs infuriating.
If you get 10 questions wrong Cheggers emerges from the game and makes you British
No, fuck the rest of the country for allowing Republicans to feel safe.
Okayβ¦ so given there are no consequences for lying and cheating, and doing so enables them to win, why wouldnβt they continue doing it?
Theyβve had nothing but success doing this and have faced no actual consequences. Why wouldnβt they continue to?
Why would he tell the truth when lying gets him exactly what he wants and no Americans seem to want to do anything about it?
I keep hearing βstupid,β while I keep watching them continually steamroll the opposition (and rubbing their noses in it), even while telegraphing their plans well in advance.
Maybe theyβre stupid, but Iβm not sure what that says about the opposition that hasnβt managed to outsmart them.
βBe supportive of the resistanceβ
π€£ there is ZERO resistance.
1) βOnly fools would think differentlyβ is grammatically correct.
2) wailing about grammar while he and his followers are openly dismantling your country and murdering innocents is VERY on brand for the βoppositionβ
American citizens could, but they wonβt.
The Supreme Court and congress were never going to help you.
At this point, the citizens who wonβt lift a finger to fight back are equally to blame.
100%
Correct.
A nation of absolute cowards.
Normalize throwing punches when the answer is wrong.
Cool, have a sit down. Wait for someone else to save you.
American voters absolutely do not give a shit.
If only the opposition had half the courage
Fuck you for not dealing with MAGA
βMany thingsβ is some trump-speak. You made the claim, burden of proof is on you. Where are the records upon records of groping?
There are records of him being sleazy and being a womanizer. There are NOT records after records of him physically sexually assaulting people.
